Your printer software offers three ways to manage and monitor your print
jobs:
Progress Meter, which appears each time you send a print job, as
described in
Using the Progress
Meter on or off and select other printing options using the Speed &
Progress button; see
Spool Manager (not available with Windows NT), which displays your
current print job files and lets you pause and cancel individual print
jobs. The Spool Manager appears in the taskbar at the bottom of the
screen each time you print, as described in
Status Monitor 2, which provides a variety of print monitoring options,
as described in
Using Status Monitor
In addition, the Speed & Progress dialog box lets you optimize your
system for the fastest transfer of data to your printer. See
