I just got a "Low battery" message. The unit kept making start-up/end noises 20 second intervals. How do I change/charge the battery if it should be charging once I start the ignition?
The SsonTong A9 dash cam has a small internal battery only for saving emergency files and settings. It will shut down after 5 minutes without external power. To avoid the "Low battery" message and noises, you must use the car charger to provide continuous power. Charging the internal battery alone is not sufficient for regular use. Plug the dash cam into the car charger while using it.
