  1. Indicator light Reset button

Using the device

  1. Make sure that the Alpina Smart Zigbee gateway has already been added to the "Alpina Smart" app.
  2. Remove the battery insulation tab.
  3. Open the "Alpina Smart" app. Select the Zigbee gateway and click "Add subdevice".
  4. Press and hold the reset button (about 5 seconds) until the indicator light flashes.
  5. Enter the device name.
  6. The sensor is ready for use and can be placed on the desired location. If necessary stick the adhesive tape on the sensor and place onto a clean and flat surface.

Creating an automated action

  1. Tap "Smart scenes" at the bottom of the home screen.
  2. Tap Automation to open the automation interface.
  3. Tap + in the top right corner. Here you can fill in different options to create an automation.
  4. Tap Save. The new automation appears in the automation interface.

Removing the product from the app

  1. Open the sensor interface.
  2. Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Remove Device.
