Use ONLY liquid washing agent, designed for professional use, which is
suitable for using in high temperatures and shows little foaming
properties.
To achieve the most efficient washing effects, the selection of the washing
agent and setting of the washing agent dosing pump should be ordered
with a qualified technician, who has experience with chemical products.
Cleaning Set
The appliance is equipped with the cleaning set.
The cleaning set consists of:
– 1 washing agent tank
– 1 rinsing agent tank
– 2 connection hoses
– stainless steel guard
The cleaning set is easy to assemble. To this end, unscrew the appliance front
guard and install the cleaning set in the appliance.
The stainless steel element features two compartments: for a washing agent and

rinsing agent. In each of the compartments, there is a small tank.
The hoses and pumps should be correctly connected.
