1）How to turn on the solar panel and charge?
Short press ON/OFF button of the solar panel, red-green-blue lights flashes, that means it turns
on, and then place in direct sunlight to charge.
2）How to connect the app?
1.Turn on phone bluetooth, download Smart Life app.
2. Short press ON/OFF button, red-green-blue lights flashes(position the phone close to the
device)
3.Go into the app, click add device--discover device, and then connect it.
3）At the first-time use, the string lights stop working, how to solve?
short press ON/OFF button, and place in direct sunlight to charge for 5-6 hrs.
4）How to reset the device?
1.make sure the ON/OFF button has turned on.
2.long press the MODE button for 5s, white lights start flashing, that mean the device has
reseted.
5）The device has been easily disconnected, how to solve?
1. the string lights with app control via bluetooth, bluetooth range: within 25m(no barrier), make
sure the phone close to the device and try again.
6）Smartphone can not connect the device, how to solve?
1. make sure the app is the latest version.
2. position the phone close to the device, and then try again.
3. the battery power of solar panel has been exhausted, (ON/OFF button has turns on)the solar
panel is placed in a sufficient sunlight for 5 hours, and then try it again.
7）The lights can not automatically turns on at night.
1. When the device leaves the factory, the Solar Energy mode is closed by default, please turns on
the Solar Energy mode via the app.
8）At the daytime, turn on the lights for a few minutes and turn off automatically.
1. when Solar Energy mode turns on, the lights will automatically turn on at night, turns on the
lights at the daytime will only last for 3 minutes, please make sure whether the Solar Energy
mode has been turned on.
9）What is Energy Saving mode?
Under the energy saving mode, the maximum adjustable brightness of the light is weakened as
the battery power is reduced, and then extends battery lifespan.
