To assign a Primary or Secondary text entry mode:
1 In a text entry screen, press Options.
2 Scroll to Text Setup and press

Tap Extended Enter letters, numbers, and symbols by
pressing a key one or more times.
Note: Your phone may not contain all of these

To select a text entry mode:
Press Options in any text entry screen, scroll to and
select Text Setup, then scroll to and select the desired
entry mode.
