Reading, Locking, or Deleting Messages

Messages in the inbox are sorted from newest to oldest. The
following indicators show message status:
unread
i
unread with attachment
n
unread and urgent
k
unread and urgent with
m
attachment
Note: The files that you download or receive as attachments might
have a lock that keeps you from forwarding them.
The oldest messages are deleted automatically as specified by the
inbox setting. If you want to save a message, you should
Cleanup
lock it to prevent it from being deleted during cleanup.
