The transducers attain protection class IP68 (test conditions: 100 hours under 1 m water column) and IP69K (water at high pressure, steam cleaner), as per DIN EN60529. -

S Welding currents must not be allowed to flow over the transducer. If there is a risk that this might happen, you must provide a suitable low‐ohm connection to electrically bypass the transducer. HBM provides the highly flexible EEK ground cable for this purpose, for example, that is screwed on above and below the transducer. -

Bedingungen am Einbauort Bedingungen am Einbauort Die Wägezellen der Serie PW27A sind hermetisch gekapselt und deshalb sehr unempfindlich gegen Feuchteeinwirkung. Die Aufnehmer erreichen die Schutz klasse IP68 (Prüfbedingungen: 100 Stunden unter 1 m Wassersäule) und IP69K (Wasser bei Hochdruck, Dampfstrahlreinigung) nach DIN EN 60529. -

S Es dürfen keine Schweißströme über den Aufnehmer fließen. Sollte diese Gefahr bestehen, so müssen Sie den Aufnehmer mit einer geeigneten niederohmigen Verbindung elektrisch überbrücken. Hierzu bietet z. B. HBM das hochflexible Erdungskabel EEK an, das oberhalb und unterhalb des Aufnehmers angeschraubt wird. -
