    Geltungsbereich der Anleitung Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Funktion, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung des MB3.10 Modbus-RTU-Moduls. Die mit [Fachmann] bezeichneten Kapitel richten sich ausschließlich an den Fachhandwerker. Für weitere Komponenten außerhalb der Station, wie z. B. Ventile, beachten Sie bitte die Anleitungen des jeweiligen Herstellers.

    Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise dieser Anleitung • VORSICHT Personen- und Sachschaden! Das MB3.10 Modul ist ausschließlich für den Einsatz in einer Kaskade von Frischwasserstationen mit dem FC3.10 Regler geeignet. Durch unsachgemäße Bedienung kann die Frischwasserstation beschädigt werden. Das Gerät darf nicht an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen sein bzw.

    Montage des Moduls Um den MB3.10 zu befestigen, entnehmen Sie bitte der unten dargestellten Zeichnung die entsprechenden Abmessungen der Befestigungslöcher. Es wird empfohlen den MB3.10 auf einer Fläche so zu fixieren, dass die drei LEDs auf dem Display gut sichtbar sind. 2021/11...
  • Page 8 Nehmen Sie den MB3.10 ab und bereiten Sie das Montageloch für die untere Schraube vor. Hängen Sie den MB3.10 an der oberen Montageöffnung ein und fixieren Sie ihn mit der Schraube durch die untere Montageöffnung. Bringen Sie die Frontblende an.

    3 Montage und Installation [Fachmann] Einbindung des MB3.10 an die Kaskade Der MB3.10 ist so konzipiert, dass das Stromkabel sowie die Modbus-Leitungen im Auslieferungszustand bereits am Modul angeschlossen sind. Verbinden Sie den MB3.10 per Modbus-Leitung mit der Kaskade der Frischwasserstationen (FC3.10) sowie mit der Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT/BMS).

    4 Produktbeschreibung und Bedienung LED-Codierung Auf dem Display des MB3.10 sind drei LEDs abgebildet. Die obersten zwei LEDs geben Ihnen Informationen zu dem aktuellen Status der Modbus Kommunikation, indem diese in einem bestimmten Takt blinken. Der Takt informiert Sie über den aktuellen Status.

    Um ein Software-Update durchzuführen, ziehen Sie die Datei (Firmware) auf die erste Ebene des USB-Sticks. Achten Sie hierbei auf die korrekte Benennung der Datei „ST407.bin“. Trennen Sie anschließend den MB3.10 vom Netz und stecken Sie den USB-Stick ein. Wenn daraufhin die Spannungsversorgung hergestellt wird, startet das Update automatisch.

    Der MB3.10 ist ein Qualitätsprodukt und wurde für viele Jahre Dauergebrauch konzipiert. Beachten Sie daher folgende Punkte: Die Ursache eines Fehlers ist häufig nicht der MB3.10, sondern die Konfiguration der angeschlossenen Komponenten. Die nachstehenden Hinweise zur Fehlereingrenzung beschreiben die häufigsten Fehlerursachen.

    Gateway module for the on-surface installation. The maintenance-free MB3.10 is exclusively designed for the connection of a cascade of domestic hot water modules with the PAW FC3.10 controller to the Building Management System (GLT/BMS). Improper usage of the MB3.10 excludes any liability claims.

    The MB3.10 is designed such that the power cable and the Modbus cables are already connected to the module when it is delivered. Connect the MB3.10 via the Modbus cable to the cascade of the domestic hot water modules (FC3.10) as well as to the Building Management System (GLT/BMS).

    (below the front panel) The MB3.10 serves exclusively as a gateway to connect the cascade of the domestic hot water modules to a GLT/BMS. The operation/setting of the MB3.10 module is carried out via the client (FC3.10) of the cascade.

    Corresponding stickers which explain the meaning of the LED coding are enclosed the product. You can attach the stickers, as shown below, at/below the white front panel of the MB3.10 or on the insulation, or on the back of the customer plate.

    To carried out a software update, drag the file (firmware) on the first level of the USB flash drive. Please make sure that the file is named correctly: „ST407.bin“. Disconnect the MB3.10 from the power supply and insert the USB flash drive. If the device is connected to the power supply again, the update will start automatically.

    Le module MB3.10 Modbus RTU, ci-après dénommé , est un module passerelle électronique, qui est monté indépendamment, pour le montage en surface. Le MB3.10 ne nécessite pas d'entretien et est exclusivement prévu pour le raccordement d'une cascade des modules d'ECS instantanée avec le régulateur FC3.10 de PAW à la gestion technique du bâtiment (GLT/BMS).

    Si la LED s'allume de manière permanente, une mise à jour du logiciel est effectuée au MB3.10. LED inférieure "Power" : Si la LED s'allume de manière permanente, l'alimentation électrique du MB3.10 est présente.

    Pour effectuer une mise à jour du logiciel, tirez le fichier (firmware) sur le premier niveau de la clé USB. Veillez au nommage correct du fichier : "ST407.bin". Après, déconnectez le MB3.10 du réseau et branchez la clé USB. Si l'alimentation électrique est établie à la suite, la mise à jour démarre automatiquement.
