Step 17.
Place a horizontal stabilizer bar between the top support legs and
install the fasteners in the order shown. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN.

Align the holes in the side support, main leg, and
horizontal stabilizer bar
Step 18.
Install the handle on the main leg. Tighten fasteners with a cross head
screwdriver. NOTE: Handle can be installed on left support arm for left-
handed operation. See Step 19 for details.
