    Connecting Your Wireless USB Network Adapter N N o o t t e e : : You must install the adapter’s software before installation of the hardware. To install your Wireless USB Adapter, first connect one end of the USB cable to the Adapter.
  • Page 10 Uninstall Procedures 1. To uninstall the device driver and the Configuration Utility of the Wireless USB Network Adapter, insert the Setup Utility CD into your CD-ROM Drive. The Setup Utility should run automatically and the screen shown below should appear. If it does not, click the Start button and choose Run.

    Configuring the USB Network Adapter After installing the Network Adapter, Windows 98, Millennium, and 2000 will automatically identify the adapter. Next, you may need to configure the adapter’s driver software. 1. After installing the Network USB Adapter, the Wireless USB Network Adapter Configuration Utility icon will appear on your system tray.

In the drop-down box near the bottom right-hand corner of the page, choose which Default Tx Key will be used for the encryption.
