7.3 Re initiate electrical locking system :

INNER DRUM IS UNLOCKED :
Machine is power off.
By default the relay KA3 is not activated (Indexing system is in unlocking position)
1. Manually activate KA3.
2. Power on the machine.
You must have electrical qualification to work machine with power to do this operation.
3. On PCB (Loading side) press on locking button.
4. The machine will lock the door.
5. On PCB (Loading side) press again on locking button.
6. Machine will start a positionning to put the inner doors in the loading side.
7. Machine has recover normal running.
INNER DRUM LOCKED :
Power on the machine.
By default the relay KA3 is activated (by indexing system)
1. The locking device move by itself in unlocking position.
2. Keep the door close.
3. On PCB (Loading side) press on locking button.
4. Machine will lock the door and do a positionning to put the inner doors in the loading side.
5. Machine has recover normal running.
