M2000 Overview The M2000 will operate with electric and gas fryers, both full- and split-pot. 1.2 Service Information Call the “800” number on the cover of this manual for the location of your nearest maintenance & repair center. When requesting service assistance, always give the model and serial numbers of your cooking computer and the type of fryer this cooking computer is installed on.
