Logs Tab
The Logs tab provides a running log of SIP transaction relating to all lines on the device (see
figure 64). Issues such as registration errors and call failures can be identified on this page
without having to use external troubleshooting tools.

Active checkbox — Check this box to activate transaction logging. Default is

unchecked.
Clear Display button — Clears all log data currently in the log window.

Export button — Exports the contents of the log window to a text file. The exported

text file is automatically stored in the default download directory of the web browser.

System Tab
The System tab allows users to export VoIP configurations to a JSON file (see figure 65).
These configuration files are used to return DMP 64 Plus devices to a known VoIP
configuration. Additionally, partial configurations (individual JSON fields) can be applied using
the import tool.
