TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Possible Cause
• Water supply is not adequate
in area.
• Water supply taps are not
completely open.
• Water inlet hose is bent.
• The filter of the inlet hose
clogged.
• Drain hose is bent
or clogged.
• The drain filter is clogged.
• Load is too small.
• Load is out of balance.
• The appliance has an
imbalance detection and
correction system. If individual
heavy articles are loaded (bath
mat, bath robe, etc.) this
system may stop spinning or
even the spin cycle altogether
if the imbalance is too great
even after several spin starts.
• Is the door opened or not
completely closed?
• The water overfills due to the
faulty water valve.

malfunction.
