5. SERVICE MENU

The DIAGNOSTIC and ADJUST menu can be displayed as follows.
Press and hold the "MENU button". Press and hold the "MODE CHK button" and "REW button" at the same
time, DIAGNOSTIC and ADJUST menu can be displayed.
Next, turn the "MULTI-DIAL" to select the DIAGNOSTIC or ADJUST menu, and press "MULTI-DIAL" button to
open the DIAGNOSTIC or ADJUST menu.
NOTE: Another way to display the "DIAG" and "ADJUST" menu when you use the EVR tools is to place the VTR
test SW on the VFK1308P to the L position. See item 5-2-1 how to connect the EVR tools, on page INF-12.

The DIAGNOSTIC menu is the menu to confirm the condition of the VCR and it is possible to do the confirmation of
the error rate, software version, auto off log and DIF status.
