Finding your phone's serial
number
To activate your Virgin Mobile account, you need
your phone's serial number. To locate the number:
Turn your phone off.

Hold your phone face up in your left hand.

Insert your right thumbnail into the groove on

pop the back cover off.
Remove the battery by pulling back on the top
