Cirris support personnel, you may need to send the affected module or the entire tester back to Cirris for repair. If needed during the repair period, a loaner tester can be sent to you. You should not attempt to service any circuit board at the component level. All component-level service should be performed by Cirris technicians.

Warranty Cirris Systems Corporation warrants the CR / CH+ analyzer to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to you, as evidenced by receipt of your warranty registration form. In the event a defect develops due to normal use during the warranty period, Cirris Systems will repair or replace the analyzer with a new or reconditioned unit of equal value.
