If the Hand Mixer fails to start:
If the problem cannot be fixed:

Check if the Hand Mixer is securely plugged into an
outlet.
If you have a circuit breaker box, make sure the circuit is
closed.
Then contact KitchenAid or an Authorized Service Center.
Do not return the Hand Mixer to the retailer; retailers do
not provide service.
