Troubleshooting
1. Go to setup > internet configuration > primary TCP/IP settings.
2. Enter two of the following four DNS addresses:
198.6.1.1
198.6.1.2
198.6.1.3
198.6.1.4
3. Save and exit setup.
Entré is unable to complete a software update
Most likely, this is caused by heavy Internet traffic through your ISP . Try the
update at a different time. If the problem persists, contact Kenwood
Customter Support.

How do I Solve Home Network Problems?

Entré displayed a message about a "DNS Failure"
This message means that Entré's IP address is not being recognized by the
Internet. To fix the problem, try setting up Entré to use a static IP address (or a
different IP address if you are already using static IP addresses).

work has several switches and hubs, go to a PC on the same router,
switch, or hub.
