6. Move to Receiver (Rec In) on the screen. Press
Entré's different audio inputs to select the correct input.
7. Press
to start recording. The Music Record Progress screen appears
for the duration of the recording.
As soon as the screen appears, start playing the source you want to record.
Entré temporarily stores the tracks onto its internal hard drive. When it is
finished, it asks you to insert a blank CD-R, after which it will record the
tracks onto the disc.
When Entré finishes recording, it ejects the CD and returns to the Music
Guide.
Recording from an External Source to Entré's Music Storage
System
Record music from any source connected to your receiver (cassette, LP , etc.)
and store it in Entré's music storage system. On Entré, this process is called
"Ext to MP3 on HD".

Receiver (Rec In) is an analog input, and requires that you
set the input level to get the best recording. To do so, play a
loud section of the song you want to record, and use the
'down' and 'up' icons on the screen to adjust the level so
that the right-most red bar flashes only occasionally.
If you have made a coaxial or optical digital connection
between your receiver and Entré, selecting one of these
audio inputs delivers superior sound quality.
You must use a blank audio CD-R that has the following
logo:
If the CD doesn't have enough space to record the selected
tracks, a message asking you to deselect tracks appears
before Entré begins recording.
