4. Use a small flathead screwdriver or your thumb
to raise the locking tabs, exposing the holes on
the connector.
5. Insert each wire into the appropriate hole and
snap down the locking tabs.
6. Insert the smooth side of the connector plug into
the smooth side of the V-12 socket.
7. Install the V-12 into the device ring.
8. Set the Impedance Magnification Switch as
determined by the impedance charts.
9. Set the switches, on all of the controls, to the
same position (1x, 2x, 4x, or 8x).
10. Attach the cover plate.
