Important notes on operation

!
Check the sensor heads for condensation before
switching on.
In the event of moisture, wait for the moisture on
the measuring system to evaporate.
!
Do not place any objects on the protective laser
housing.

Fitting and transportation

!
Pick up the sensor heads only by way of the unit
handle.
!
Transport with care.
Avoid impact on the sensor heads.
Take care not to drop the sensors.

Sensor head position

!
The sensor must be screwed to the adapter plate.
!
The sensor head is to be moved in longitudinal and
transverse direction only by way of the unit handle.

Connection

The sensor head cables must be connected:

The PC/laptop in the trolley must be on and the
wheel alignment program started.

Control cabinet

Operation:
1. Switch on electrical cabinet.
2. Start the PC/laptop.
i
After use:
3. Shut down PC in the equipment trolley.
4. Switch off the electrical cabinet.

The electrical cabinet must be turned off when it is
not in use.
!
The ground fault interrupter (GFI) must be checked
every 6 months. The check must be performed by an
electrically qualified person.
