NOTE: In order to know where the post needs to be placed, check the numbers on them. If the post is not marked, then place the single Supports on the ground to locate the markings for each post position and clearly set your bearings. (“Don´t attach yet, only place them on the ground to begin with”).

Step 3: Attach the single supports to the supports with in-between blocking (3), use 3/8” X 6 ½” bolts (BL1) with washer and nuts. After that, return to the bolts described in the step 3 and tighten fully. Check the marked on each support with in-between blocking and place as drawings shown.

Step 5: Attach the metal plaques (15) to the supports with 3/8” x 3” lag bolts (LB1). Step 6: Attach the perimeter Roof Trusses (4) to the posts with 3/8” x 6 ½” bolts (BL1) with washer and nuts. Check the marked numbers on each roof truss and place as drawings shown.

Step 11: Use 2 ½” deck screws (DS1) to attach the rafters (8) to the ridge beam (7) and to the supports with 3” deck screws (DS2). Check the marked on each rafter and place as drawings shown. (F-1 at F-16). F-16 Step 12: Use 3”...

Step 13: Attach the rafter reinforcement (12) to the rafters (8) with 3´´ deck screws (DS2). Check the marked on each rafter reinforcement and place as drawings shown. G-12 Step 14: Put the rain guard (13) from the bottom to the top, the overlapping between these it will be of 2”. After that, use 1 ¼” deck screws (DS3) with neoprene washers to attach the polycarbonate (14) to the canal (12).

Step 15: Put exterior clear silicone on the polycarbonate joins and metal tape 48mm x 50m. Silicone and metal tape Step 16: Attach the canal cover top (11) to the canal (10) with 3” deck screws (DS2). Check the marked numbers on each polycarbonate cover top and place as drawings shown.
