    The ModIT-MAX uses string commands to communicate with the host system. These can be sent via the virtual serial port of the ModIT-MAX directly, or the API can be used to provide other protocols that send translated string commands. LiveViewer can use the API to interact with the devices through a user-friendly application.

    Unstable device connection Some devices can have unstable connections with your host system through the ModIT-MAX. We have only observed this behaviour in a very few amount of devices, by disabling CDP this has resolved all issues and the connections are stable.
