    PREPARE THE HOOD Unpack hood and check contents. You should receive: 1 - Hood 1 - Decorative Flue Assembly 1 - Flue Mounting Bracket 1 - Parts Bag (B080810578) containing: 2 - Mounting Brackets 10 - Mounting Screws (4,8 x 38mm Pan Head) 4 - Mounting Screws (3,9 x 9,5mm Pan Head) 4 - Mounting Screws (3,9 x 9,5mm Pan Head - Black) 10 - Drywall Anchors...

    2. A straight, short duct run will allow the hood to perform most efficiently. 3. Long duct runs, elbows and transitions will reduce the performance of the hood. Use as few of them as possible. Larger ducting may be required for best performance with long duct runs.

    IN-LINE BLOWER INSTALL MOUNTING FRAMING BEHIND DRYWALL BRACKETS 1. Construct wood wall framing that is flush with interior surface of wall studs. Make sure: a) the framing is centered over installation location. b) the height of the framing will allow the mounting brackets to be secured to the framing within the dimensions shown.

    INSTALL THE HOOD RECTANGULAR CUTOUTS MOUNTING 1. Hang the hood from the brackets through BRACKETS the rectangular cut-outs on the back of the hood. Cut-outs are larger than the brackets to allow for horizontal adjustment. The bottom of the hood should be 24" to 30"...

    Blower connection at hood: BLOWER CONNECTION AT HOOD 1. Run 2-wire plus ground power cable from the Exterior or In-Line Blower to the hood’s Exterior or In-Line blower wiring box marked “motor connection”. 2. Remove the cover from the wiring box and CONNECT: WHITE-TO-WHITE, remove one knockout.

    BOTTOM TRIM REPLACEMENT 1. Remove the two (2) screws from the inside of the hood. 2. Remove trim by pulling it frontwards. 3. Slide new trim inward onto hood. 4. Replace the two screws removed in step 1 above. MAINTENANCE Grease Filters The grease filters should be cleaned frequently.

    OPERATION Controls BLOWER LIGHT The hood is operated using the slide controls ON / OFF SWITCH BLOWER SWITCH under the front edge of the hood. SPEED CONTROL The light switch turns the halogen lights on and off. The blower on / off switch turns the blower on to the running speed set by the blower speed control.

    ENTRETIEN Filtres anti-graisse Les filtres anti-graisse doivent être nettoyés fréquemment. Utilisez une solution contenant un détergent tiède.
