一、 Overview
The AX7102 board comprises FPGA core board and expansion board, four
high-speed board-to-board connectors are used to connect between the core
board and the expansion board.
The core board is a minimal systems which mainly consists of FPGA chipset, two
DDR3 and QSPI FLASH. The expansion board extends the many peripheral
interface for core board, which contains SFP fiber interface, gigabit Ethernet
network port, USB2.0 port, VGA port and etc.
Figure 1-2 provides a quick overview of the block diagram of AX7102 board.
