Assembly instructions for chair trolley Trolley-C / 40-L
1.) You need for the assembly of the chair trolley Trolley-C / 40-L
the following materials:
-2x wheels with brakes
-2x wheels without brakes
-1x wooden base plate
-1x cast iron frame
-4x connecting struts
-2x side bars
-2x side bars (blue)
-screws
-screwdriver or cordless screwdriver
-wrench
2.) Mounting the wheels:
Place the cast iron frame upside down on the floor. Mount the wheels as shown in the picture. Make
sure that the two wheels with brakes are on one of the two narrow sides. The wheels are each fixed
with 3x screws.
3.) Mounting of the wooden plate:
The wooden plate is placed in the cast iron frame. Now the cast-iron frame including the wooden
plate is put on its side as shown in the pictures.

Assembly of the connecting struts: The connecting struts connect the cast iron frame to the side bars. The screws are screwed from the outside to the inside, as shown in the pictures.
