CONGRATULATIONS on your new acquisition of one of our Omni Gym Yoga Swing™ suspension products. We are positive
that you will get as much enjoyment, training and sensori-motor re-patterning out of it as we have. You will soon be enjoying
hours of fun, toning, stretching, strengthening, aerial yoga, suspension training and self-treatment of back and neck pain.
Explore and experiment and come up with your own new postures and routines. You will find that the stronger and more
flexible you become using your yoga swing, the more positions you will naturally find your body moving in. The number of
movements, exercises and stretches available are unlimited – the only limitations lie within the strength, flexibility and
creativity of the practitioner. Tone Cardenas, owner of Omni Gym and inventor of the Yoga Swing, has been using his swing
for 15+ years now and continues to think of new exercises and uses every single day.
The best way to achieve rapid results on the swing is to simply relax and explore the flow of movements intuitively with your
body, not your head. Tune in and turn on. Tune in to the body and its subtler sensations and feelings, its innate guidance
mechanisms. Turn on your natural sensori-motor skills, your kinesthetic memory and awareness, your endorphin pleasure
centers.
DESCRIPTION:
Omni Gym Yoga Swings are multi-purpose bodyweight training, therapeutic, inversion and yoga
apparatuses. The multiple handles and spring trapeze system are meant to make it easy to include many different types of
training into your routine. With this total-body trainer, experience strengthening, stretching, spinal traction, rehabilitation,
inversion therapy, neuro-muscular re-education and of course . . . FUN!
Your yoga swing may consist of a cushioned fabric sling and six independent handles adjustable at three different heights
(overhead, waist level and foot level). The built-in cushioning ensures comfortable spinal work and inversions. Your model
may also come with the 3-Spring Trapeze, our extension system that can be hung from the rafters in a house, a sturdy ceiling
mount, a tree branch, or the Omni Stand – our optional metal support frame. The gentle bounce created by the Spring Trapeze
provides a relaxing and pleasurable effect on the body and mind, while an optional swivel hook attachment will allow a playful
360 degree spin effect. Spread out the sling and it provides a unique and comfortable medium for seated meditation while
suspended off the ground. Hang the suspension hook points wide between two trees and you can create your own hammock
for relaxing and resting.

  • Page 3 CUSHIONING (Omni Swing and Omni Gym models): Built-in cushioning in the sling and in the foot stirrups eliminates the need to use an external cushion for comfort. If you feel you need more cushioning, experiment with different sizes and styles of external cushions to achieve various effects – both inside the swing as well as on the floor as props for restorative poses and other stretches.
  • Page 4 Consult a professional if unsure that your beams are adequate. Always test the weight load of your set-up by hanging on it with feet close to the floor before sitting or inverting. If your home or office has no ceiling support beam to hang your yoga swing you may wish to purchase one of our support stands.

  • Page 6 OMNI STAND ASSEMBLY Assemble Circular Base on a Flat Surface: Consists of 6 curved segments (#5) and 3 T-Pole Connectors (#6). Insert the curved poles into the T-Connectors via snap-lock push buttons, using 1 male/male and 1 male/female pole between each T-Pole Connector.
  • Page 7 Unit, attach all three springs to the Swivel Unit (Figure 1), leaving the top hook free to hang your yoga swing setup from a ceiling plate, eyebolt, rope or chain. 6. Lastly, attach the triangular trapeze cover with the tip of the triangle on top as shown in the photo.
  • Page 8 OMNI SWING HOOK UP Your Omni Swing may come with 8 carabineer hooks to be inserted as follows: 1. Insert one hook into the hemmed fabric tunnel located at each end of the 4x8 foot sling (ie. the part you sit on) and thread hook all the way through fabric until you can carefully close hook.
  • Page 9 SWING SUSPENSION OPTIONS WITHOUT A STAND Determine where and how you want to suspend your yoga swing, for example outdoors from a sturdy tree or indoors from a strong ceiling beam no smaller than 4”x4” or 2”x8”. Please consult a professional to ensure your installation option is safe and secure.
