  • Page 13 Be sure to wear protective gloves when handling the blades. Keep feet away from blades may cut foot.  Locate the gang hardware bundles - 588-326B for HT1110-6.0M and 588-326B for HT1110-7.5M this is used to install the gang bars to the center and wing frames. Be sure the teeth on the front gang bars line up as shown in the illustration.

The hardware for installing all the gang links are in bolt bundle 586-826B for HT1110-6.0 and 586-827B for HT1110-7.5.

Be sure the hub assembly has the correct spacing or the tire will not clear the frame when retracted for transport, 17.2cm (6.75in) for the 6.0M and 17.78cm (7in) for the 7.5M.

    Escaping fluid under pressure can have sufficient pressure to penetrate the skin causing serious injury. If an accident occurs, seek immediate medical assistance from a physician familiar with this type of injury. Only trained personnel should work on system hydraulics. Secure with 1 x 4 hex bolts (7) and 1 nylon lock nut.  Tighten the 1 x 4 hex bolt, only until the lock nut is against side of bracket. If over tightened damage to the ball joint will occur.
