Removing the Uplink Card

Use the instructions in this section to remove an uplink card.
Remove any console port cable or auxiliary port cable from the card.

Locate the spring-loaded screws on the front of the uplink card. (See

Using the Number 1 Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the spring-loaded screws by turning them

counterclockwise.

Step 4 Grasp the spring-loaded screws and gently move the card back and forth until it disengages from the
midplane.
When the card disengages from the midplane, pull the card straight out. (See
