CARE AND CLEANING

Electrical Shock Hazard
Plug into an earthed outlet.
Do not remove earth prong.
Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to follow these
instructions can result in
death, fire, or electrical shock.
IMPORTANT: Do not immerse the Stand Mixer body in water or other liquids.

Turn the speed control to "0" (OFF).
Unplug the Stand Mixer.
NOTE: Stainless steel accessories are dishwasher-safe.

The following parts are dishwasher-safe,
top rack only: Bowl, pouring shield*, flat
beater, Flex Edge beater, and dough hook.
*Accessory only included for Stand Mixer Pro Line (KEC97A). Not included for Stand Mixer
Pro 600 (KEC50C).

ALWAYS BE SURE TO UNPLUG
MIXER BEFORE CLEANING TO
AVOID POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL
SHOCK.
Wipe mixer with a damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
Wipe off beater shaft frequently,
removing any residue that may
accumulate.

Wipe the Stand Mixer body with a soft,
damp cloth.

The Wire whip should be hand-washed
only, using warm, soapy water ad drying
thoroughly.
