Channel name programming - function 12- is incomplete. The first character can be selected but it is not shown how to confirm a character, move forward or backspace.

To program channel names using function 12 on the CRT UV:

1. Function 12 is used to set the channel name.
2. The radio supports either 5-character or 6-character names, depending on the model.
3. The name is stored in the `name` field, where the first byte is unused and set to 0x00.
4. Enter the desired name (up to 5 or 6 characters) when prompted by function 12.

Make sure to confirm the name entry to save it properly.
