2-6 Basic Copying Features
❑ Enter the Department ID using

(Confirm).
When you enter the Department ID,
the value that you enter is announced
by the voice guide.
❑ Move the focus to [PIN] © press
(Select).
The machine enters the mode for
entering numeric values.
❑ Enter the password using
-
(Confirm).
When you enter the password, a beep
sounds every time you press a key.
NOTE
The values you enter for the password are
not announced by the voice guide, and
are displayed as asterisks (*******) on the
touch panel display.
