Give your Notebook a safe home. If your Notebook is

consistently exposed to direct sunlight, consider moving it. The
heat from the sun shining on the display screen can reduce its
performance and cause glare.
If you are using an external mouse and the precision control of
the mouse pointer becomes difficult, cleaning the mouse can
substantially improve its performance.
To clean the external mouse, complete the following steps:
1. Turn the mouse over and rotate the circular plate
about 1/4-inch counter-clockwise until it pops
loose. Most mice have an arrow to indicate the
direction to turn the plate.
2. Remove the ball from your mouse and clean it with
an antistatic wipe or a lint-free cotton cloth.
3. Spray the inside of the mouse with compressed air
in an aerosol can to remove loose debris and dust.
4. Replace the ball and the bottom plate.
