Sets the length, in 10-millisecond units, of breaks sent from the modem to the computer;
applies to MNP or V.42 mode only.
S22 Character Code for XON
Stores the ASCII code for the XON character.
S23 Character Code for XOFF
Stores the ASCII code for the XOFF character.
S25 Response to DTR Change
Responds to changes to the DTR. The increment is 10 milliseconds. If &D1 or &D2 is
selected, a change in DTR shorter than the S25 time is ignored. If &D3 is selected, any
on-to-off transition of DTR causes a hard reset.
