To remove the diskette drive assembly:
1.
Complete the preparation procedure (see Section 8.2).
2.
Remove the rear panel (see Section 8.4).
3.
Remove the mass storage device subassembly (see Section 8.12).
4.
Locate the diskette drive shown in Figure 8-47.
5.
Disconnect the diskette drive power and signal cables from the diskette
drive (Figure 8-48).
