    A Word on Induction Cooking Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking technology. It works by electromagnetic vibrations generating heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through heating the glass surface. Using the Flexible zone function  This model may be used as a large flexible zone (4 in one) and a flexible zone (2 in one) or 3 flexible zones (2 in one) or six individual zones depending on the cooking needs in each situation.

Make sure the hob is turned on, an d the heating zone selection key is not activated (Timer and power level indicators display “-“ ) Note: You can also set the minute minder whilst the cooking zone is on as long as the power level indicator is not blinking.
