(2) Pulse width control exposure mode: Mode 1
When external trigger signal is high active,
light pulse begins at the rising edge of the
trigger signal and ends at the falling edge.
At the trigger signal falling edge, the internal
VD signal is reset and the video data are
transmitted.
The flash pulse output that synchronizes to
external trigger is not used in this mode.
