Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude beim Gebrauch. 1.1 Informationen zu dieser Anleitung Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil des SV 1200 Pro Smart (nachfolgend als Gerät bezeichnet) und gibt Ihnen wichtige Hinweise für die Inbetriebnahme, die Sicherheit, den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch und die Pflege des Gerätes. -

► Beachten Sie die Markierungen für den minimalen und maximalen Wasserstand. Das Gerät könnte ansonsten beschädigt werden. ► Bewegen Sie während Betrieb nicht den Kochbehälter. ► Entfernen Sie das Gerät während Betrieb nicht aus dem Kochbehälter. ► Das Gerät muss mindestens einen Abstand von 1 cm zum Kochbehälterboden haben, damit die Wasserzirkulation nicht blockiert wird. -

► Fassen Sie das Gerät im erhitzten Zustand ausschließlich am Bedienelement an. ► Das erhitzte Gerät, sowie der erhitzte Kochbehälter, das erhitzte Wasser und Wasserdampf können zu Verbrennungen führen. Gehen Sie vorsichtig damit um. Verwenden Sie Topflappen oder Topfhandschuhe, wenn Sie den Kochbehälter bewegen wollen. -

Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise um eine Gefährdung durch elektrischen Strom zu vermeiden: ► Wenn das Stromkabel beschädigt ist, muss das Gerät entsorgt werden. -

Erstickungsgefahr. 4.2 Lieferumfang und Transportinspektion Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert: Sous Vide Garer SV 1200 Pro Smart mit WiFi-Ausrüstung Bedienungsanleitung ► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden. ► Melden Sie eine unvollständige Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter Verpackung oder durch Transport sofort dem Spediteur, der Versicherung und dem Lieferanten. -

Gewicht des Kochbehälters mit Gerät und Wasserfüllung und des erwartungsgemäß schwersten Garguts ausgelegt sein. Bewegen Sie den SV 1200 Pro Smart sowie den Kochbehälter nicht, während er in Betrieb ist. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material auf. -

6 Aufbau und Funktion In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zum Aufbau und zur Funktion des Gerätes. 6.1 Zusammenbau der Klemme Entnehmen Sie die Klemme aus der Plastiktüte. Platzieren Sie die Klemme mittig an der Aufnahme des Sous Vide Sticks (1 und 2). Schieben Sie die Klemme nach oben bis diese einrastet (3 und 4). -

Befestigen Sie das Gerät, indem Sie es am Kochbehälter festklemmen. Füllen Sie Wasser in den Kochbehälter ein und beachten Sie die Min/Max-Markierung am Gerät. Stecken Sie erst danach den Netzstecker in die Steckdose. ► Füllen Sie während des Betriebs möglicherweise verdampftes Wasser nach, so dass sich grundsätzlich bis zur Min-Markierung Wasser im Kochbehälter befindet. - Page 20 3. Für die Demontage drehen Sie die Edelstahl-Schürze gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich der Propeller nicht verhakt.
