Troubleshooting (cont'd)
PROBLEM
UNLOAD key does not work.
Locking cam will not engage.
Bend key does not work for
1/2 - 1-1/4" conduit.

PROBABLE CAUSE
Roller support locking cam is engaged.
Unloaded to the starting position.
Too much squeeze on 1-1/2" or 2" EMT
or IMC conduit.
Shoe rotated too far in unload
direction.
Roller support locking cam is engaged.
Release the roller support or adjust
retension cam.
Release and repress UNLOAD.
Back squeeze off per adjustment
instructions.
Rotate shoe with BEND key until
locking cam will engage.
Release the roller support or adjust
retention cam.
