Answer
* Check you do not have headphones connected
to the phone.
• Ensure that your device is connected to the
Stereo headset.
• Ensure that the music format you are trying to
listen to is supported by the headset.
• Ensure that the distance between the headset and
device is not more than 10 metres and that they
are not separated by walls or other obstacles.
It's not supported. If you want to listen to video
sound, please use the ear-jack instead of Bluetooth
headset.
