3.6. Command & Setpoint selection (Local/Remote)
Indication to display Local/Remote mode is on the inverter unit (Refer to the inverter instruction manual
for details). L
ON
option unit propagates the Local / Remote status to the network as the "Command from the network
(bit5)" and "Setpoint from the network (bit6)" in "nvoStatusWord" network variable. Inverters have some
switches to select the command and setpoint location. Following figure shows the diagram. Refer to the
inverter instruction manual for the parameter in detail.
*1: Be careful that cmod command and fmod setpoint are activated for a short time just after the
inverter power turned on. Set cmod and fmod to "Serial communication"
problem.
