    0db it will power up to the level control page and last level set. The default from the factory should be set to a nominal level of 0db as the M21 is a DAC with the option to use it as a line stage the M21. Connect the M21’s analog outputs either balanced or unbalance to the appropriate inputs to your pre amp or power amp using high quality cables and connectors.
