The following messages appear after the white balance is adjusted automatically.
Message Meaning
WHITE NG The white balance cannot be adjusted auto-
LEVEL LOW matically because the video level is too low.
WHITE NG The white balance cannot be adjusted auto-
LEVEL HIGH matically because the video level is too high.
WHITE OK The white balance was adjusted
automatically without error.
The color temperature of the object is too
WHITE NG
low.
C.TEMP LOW
WHITE NG The color temperature of the object is too
high.
C.TEMP HIGH
The white balance cannot be adjusted for a
TRY AGAIN
reason other than given above (the object
is not white, the object is moving, etc.).
Remedy
Increase the illumination of the object.
Decrease the illumination of the object.
Set the C.TEMP parameter to 3200K and adjust the
white balance automatically again. If this message
appears when C.TEMP is set to 3200K, the white
balance cannot be automatically adjusted because
the color temperature of the object is too low.
Set the C.TEMP parameter to 5600K and adjust the
white balance automatically again. If this message
appears when C.TEMP is set to 5600K, the white
balance cannot be automatically adjusted because
the color temperature of the object is too high.
Adjust the white balance automatically again with a
suitable object.
