Making calls with cost billing
Calls made to external partners can be assigned to spe-
cific projects.
Prerequisite: Project numbers (from 1 to 5) have been
configured for certain projects, and you have an Ac-
count code (PKZ) for the project.

Making project calls

Press the off-hook key twice.
Select and confirm the service menu

Enter a service code between 61 (for project number 1)
and 65 (for project number 5).

Enter the PIN.

Then make your phone call as usual
The project assignment has a time limit. It is au-
tomatically deactivated if you have not used your
handset for a period of more than five minutes,
