Care, Maintenance and Recycling The 5 golden rules of care: Ensure your base is level and firm. Ensure the building is not sitting directly on the ground using damp proof membrane or the optional timber base. Ensure every piece of timber and surface, especially that is hidden upon assembly, is treated with a top quality wood preservative at least twice (before assembly).

Nail the Joiners 34x46x230 (A0002) to the larger Floor Panel (A0001) as below. GB-IE Use 2x 40mm Nails (A0025) per joiner. Make sure you nail no less then 20mm from the edge. Place the other Floor Panel (A0003) onto the joiners and nail with 2x 40mm Nails as before.

Drill one Plain Panel 990 (A0004) as below. Make sure the bottom hole is inline with the floor GB-IE bearer. Drill one Plain Panel 560 (A0005) as below. Place the 560 into the corner, so that the cladding overlaps the floor. Push the 990 panel up to it and fix with 3x 60mm Screws (A0035).

Drill another Plain Panel 990 (A0004) as below, making sure the bottom hole is inline with the floor bearers. Fix with 3x 60mm Screws (A0035) using the pilot holes drilled in the other 990 panel. GB-IE Drill the two Gables (A0007) as below. Make sure the gables can be screwed into the wall panels underneath. Fix the back gable with 4x 60mm Screws (A0035) and the front gable with 2x 60mm Screws (A0035). Gable (A0007)x02 60mm Screws (A0035)x06 Place the Roof Bearers 34x34 (A0008) onto your building into the slots in the gables.

Nail one Roof Edging 34x34 (A2808) to each OSB 1125x1828 (A0009-1) using 7x 40mm GB-IE Nails (A0025). Repeat so you have two Roof Panels. Place them onto your building as below, so that the edge is flush with the cladding on the back gable. Nail with 6x 40mm Nails (A0025) along each of the roof bearers and the sides, making sure the nails go into the walls.

Hang the Primary and Slave Doors (B0014) and (B0015) as below. GB-IE Use 1x 25mm Screw (A0032) per hinge first to align the doors. Once happy, finish the rest of the screws into the hinges. Test doors open and close correctly. Tip: Use coins or something similar as packing under the doors to help level them out.

GLASS HANDLE WITH CARE, DANGER OF CUTTING GB-IE Using a helper to hold the Glass 360x373 (A2554) whilst you fit the Beading 377 ( ) and Beading 364 (A3147) using 3x 16mm Panel Pins A0024) in A0021 each in the Windows.
