Input password to nevigate to Parental Control Menu, press
or
to highlight the Canadian Rating, and press OK to
access Canadian Rating Menu.

Within the menu, use
OK to block or unblock the rating
When PG in the age-based rating is set to BLOCK, this will automatically
block the higher rating: 14+, 18+.
CANADIAN ENGLISH RATING CHART
Exempt - Exempt programming includes: news, sports, documentaries and other information
E
programming, talk shows, music videos, and variety programming.
Programming intended for children under age 8. No offensive language, nudity or sexual content.
C
Programming generally considered acceptable for children 8 years and over. No profanity, nudity
C8+
or sexual content.
General programming, suitable for all audiences.
G
Parental Guidance suggested. Some material may not be suitable for children.
PG
Programming contains themes or content which may not be suitable for viewers under the age of
14+
14. Parents are strongly cautioned to exercise discretion in permitting viewing by pre-teens and
early teens.
18+
Intended for viewers 18 years and older and might contain depictions of violence.
