BAD SMELL IN THE REFRIGERATOR
Check if...
Old or spoiled food is in the refrigerator and/or freezer.
Food is properly stored and wrapped.
REFRIGERATOR DOES NOT CHILL AT ALL
Check if...
The refrigerator is in the demo mode.
FROST ON WALLS OF THE FREEZER
Check if...
The air vent is blocked.
There is sufficient space around the food.
The freezer door is ajar.
FREEZER IS NOT COLD ENOUGH
Check if...
The freezer temperature control on the display panel is
not set to the correct temperature.
The freezer door is ajar.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Then...
Clean out the freezer compartment periodically. Throw
away any spoiled or suspicious food.
Foods with strong odors, like fish, should be stored in
airtight containers.
Then...
Press and hold Power Freeze and Freezer buttons at the
same time for 3 seconds until a ding-dong sound is heard.
The refrigerator will now cool.
Then...
Remove any obstructions so air can circulate freely.
Allow sufficient space between foods stored for efficient
air circulation.
Make sure the freezer door is closed properly.
Then...
Reset the temperature control to a lower temperature.
