This button has two functions:
When no document is loaded, pressing this button changes the Receive
Mode. When a document is loaded, the pressing this button changes the
darkness.
Improves the clarity of a document you are sending or copying.
Used to install a new cartridge or replace an old one.
Used to store the document used frequently and send it conveniently.
Switches the TAM (Telephone Answering Machine) mode on/off. It
lights when in TAM Mode and blinks when a new message is received.
Use to record or play the outgoing message used in TAM (Telephone
Answering Machine) Mode.
Plays incoming messages. Used to record a phone conversation.
Used to erase a message or all messages.
Used to display the previous or next menu item, to adjust the volume, or
to move the cursor to the digit you want to edit.
Used to activate the selection shown in the display.
Used to choose special functions such as system setup and
maintenance, etc.
Used to return to the previous menu level.
Used to repeat the current message, or to skip back to the previous one.
Used to skip forward to the next message.
Dial numbers manually as you would usually do with the telephone, or
enter letters while setting up your machine.
Used to enter special characters when entering a name in edit mode.
To search for a number in memory.
Used to redial the last number called. You can also use it to add a pause
while storing a number in memory.
To mute the phone while you are speaking via the microphone.
